Anyone who has felt mentally scattered, disorganized, downright lost when all they want to do is focus on one thing, just for a few minutes straight, could use a neural roadmap on finding the way. Kind of like having a GPS device for the mind.

There is one. It’s an iTunes app. Everyone that owns an Apple iPhone can download it for free. This app can be found by searching the iTunes store for MindLightz. What this MindLightz app does is speak to your mind in it’s own language – the language of frequency. And the app contains dozens of sessions targeting all four general brainwave frequency states of consciousness. There are sessions for relaxing, meditating, energizing, learning, committing new information to memory (great for studying!), going to sleep effortlessly, even sessions for ADD, ADHD and PTSD. It is the finest light and sound app available. In fact, the MindLightz is the only light and sound application / Bluetooth system to be licensed by Apple. Sometimes we tend to forget basic daily things, especially when our memory is on overload. Maybe it’s because we have a lot going on and a lot to focus on, making it difficult to remember everything that’s on our plate. Light and sound mind machines can help with that.

Is your blood pressure rising?

A few years back I met an assistant coach for a local professional basketball team that had high blood pressure. He was being constantly monitored by a nurse as his team traveled around the country making sure his blood pressure was stable. Being followed around by her 24/7 drove him crazy – his words, not mine. So I turned him on to a light and sound mind machine (also known as a brain machine, dream machine, even psychowalkman). I showed him how to use the mind machine and suggested he try the built-in sessions in the alpha and theta brainwave frequency ranges. The sessions helped immensely and the team was able to scale back the nurse’s long hours of making sure his blood pressure was in the healthy range. And I was the lucky recipient of several excellent tickets for some exciting NBA games. Volunteer work does have its perks!

Gambling can be great fun when we win. That is why I started using the Bluetooth MindLightz mind machine. Since I incorporated this light and sound brain machine I have seen my winnings increase by ten percent.
