All orders are processed manually for your protection. Order processing is usually done within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).


Guarantee: We offer a 30 day guarantee from date of delivery on all items except downloadable books, magazines, opened media (CD and DVD), and products custom made per order. Exchange guarantee applicable only to unopened DVDs and CDs. Open CDs or DVDs that are defective may be exchanged for the same title. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Warranty & Returns: Systems are thoroughly tested prior to shipment. Most Light and Sound systems come with a one year manufacturers warranty. We also offer a 30 day protection guarantee against defective systems and will fix or replace any defective components or systems in a timely manner. Please call or email before making any returns for a "Return Authorization" number. Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Lightframes and l/s mind machines also come with a one year manufacturers warranty on parts and workmanship.

For the immediate future, all orders accepted through Landgraf Enterprises LLC for shipment anywhere in the United States will be shipped free of charge!

Shipping:

We provide free shipping to destinations within the continental United States. Your system will be sent either through the U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS Ground).

For all other destinations, we ship via the U.S. Postal Service. Your system will be shipped either Global Priority Mail or Global Express, depending upon country of destination. Due to possible custom's delays, please allow 3 4 weeks for delivery, although arrival time is usually much faster.

For international orders (Including Canada):

International orders (outside the United States) are completed through Paypal. You will find using Paypal a safe and effective method for making long-distance financial transactions. And becoming a verified Paypal member is simple. Upon receiving your order, we will email you a Paypal invoice covering the applicable shipping charges. The cost for shipping is based on destination, package weight and size. Once your Paypal 'cost-to-ship' invoice is paid, your order will be shipped promptly. The invoice will be sent to you as a PayPal money request from Michael Landgraf Enterprises.
